Hello I'm looking for a fic pretty sure it was a stanalone where Brendon helps out at a mental/disability institution I believe anyway he gets paired up with Ryan and Ryan doesn't talk but he likes to draw and at the end I think Ryan draws him a picture and let's Brendon hold his hand or something. Summary: Set in 2012. Spencer gets into a fatal car accident and Ryan is left with trying to cope with the death of his best friend.
Out of everything he's ever done in his life, helping Mr. and Mrs. Smith plan out burying Spencer is the hardest thing ever. He'd thought as he was growing up that he and Spencer would live until their old age, grow old as best friends for life. He never thought that Spencer would die so soon at only twenty four.
You weren't supposed to die yet, he thinks as Mrs. Smith tearfully states what her plans are so far.
Warnings: Minor character death.
Author Note: My first fic of 2010! And one of many, many to come this year. Some parts of this fic made me cry while I was writing it, so if you're sensitive I say grab some tissues. Other than that, enjoy! ♥ Title taken from a My Chemical Romance song of the same name.
